  • Job title
  • Company name
  • Work email address

3. Why I collect it and the legal basis: I collect your data based on your explicit consent,  specifically to:

  • Send you new content, articles, and case studies if you subscribed to my blog
  • Send you a personalised diagnostic brief if you completed an assessment
  • Deliver digital products you have purchased, such as paid case studies or research reports
  • Manage a commercial or consulting relationship if you have engaged my services

I only use your data for the purpose you consented to.

4. How long I keep your data: I keep your data for 12 months from the date you provided it. After that it is deleted unless you have an active consulting relationship with me.

5. Who I share your data with: I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your data may be stored on third-party platforms I use to operate my website and deliver my services, currently Ghost (website and subscriber management). These platforms are contractually required to protect your data.

6. Your rights: You have the right to:

  • Access the data I hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data at any time
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
